How can I help?

Web Based Content

Storyline should open up opportunities for users to interact with the content. If it is going to look and feel like a slide deck, why bother with Storyline?

From needs assessment to delivery, I handle all parts of training design and development. I can even do audio, graphics, and video.

Training Facilitation

Pulling people from their desks for training is expensive. Therefore, we need to carefully determine when collaborative learning will really maximize retention and application of the content.

Presentation Training

The following two files are part of a presentation package for a 5-8 hour course (generally over two days) on developing presentation skills for English language learners. The course culminated in their delivery of a presentation.

Training for Hiring Managers

The following files were part of a training program for hiring mangers that I developed with a former colleague. The handout was a high-quality folder that served as a roadmap for the presentation and an actually process checklist after the fact.

Stage Presence

Participants ought to leave with meaningful and actionable knowledge. It also doesn’t hurt to leave ‘em entertained, even if just a little.

This video below is from my first Toastmasters competition, the national Humorous Speech Contest in 2015, while living in Taiwan. While the purpose of the competition is to make the audience laugh, taking first place also meant connecting with the people and giving them a message to take home.

Every presentation involves a different purpose and a different audience. Thus, I make use of the right skills, in the right measure, to meet their needs.
